Wish I could leave 0 absolutely horrible service we received even asked to speak to a manager and he was rude and unhelpful. Worst experience we have had in a long time

Is it company policy to let guests hold tables for other guests that haven't arrived? Visited 6.4 was told 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait due to no tables. Half of the seating was empty and being saved for graduates. First come first served? WAJ
