Yes but a police report, sheriff dept as they have jurisdiction. Let them request a copy and if there is sometime they have evidence in the proper chain of command.

Normally they do, I've had material measured and cut there myself. Ask one of the ladies at the fitting room they'll her ahold of someone for you. I hope this helps and I hope you get the proper help there too.
