Nice place to camp. Pool is kept up very clean. You can go to the little beach, they have putt putt golf and you can fish in the lake.

Campground is clean, but rude people keep cutting through our site and management doesn't care. Says they're so packed here he doesn't care if we don't come back. Please don't patronize this place. If management doesn't care, why should we give them our business?

So we didn't campfire rather visited for an afternoon. It appears to be a beautiful campground. We had a great time. My nephew has his camper setup on the water. We fished from the small dock and caught bluegill and crappie with bobbers and worms. Know that the Thumb doesn't have large lakes but these small lakes have lots of shoreline. Canoes, paddle boards and kayaks are about it, maybe a rowboat.

Five stars is not enough to rate this wonderful campground. It's very neat and well kept. Family owned. They work hard to keep it up and to accommodate. The rates are very, very reasonable. We called and ask to come in a day early and we're told no problem. We had such a nice relaxing time that we stayed an extra day. We stayed five nights! We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area and will recommend it to all our friends and family. Loved, loved loved it. Pet friendly as well.

They start Halloween weekends the last weekend in September and continue every weekend until they close in mid October. I believe it's 4 weekends. They always book well in advance so call to see if they have anything available. Also ask to be put on a cancellation list or call just before the weekend and usually you can find a cancellation.

Its $6 a person but they have a $20 per car deal so if you can fit 6 people in one car its $20
Yes you can tent camp...however I do not know if you can have a tent on the same lot as a camper...you might need a second camping lot
