Hello Linda. We're working alongside developers who will sell the land along with our foundation tiny homes. One of our first communities is slated to be in the city of Cocoa. Also, the City of Longwood recently passed an ordinance to allow these tiny home neighborhoods. Developers are now actively searching for land within city limits that would be ideal for these communities.

I couldn't answer that but I do know that they build them for people who want to have that kind of affordable living a little bit less of a hassle to build that thing is a regular home because when it's on wheels 2nd it's easy to remove where you want to put it on.... I just delivered to him that's how they happened upon me being there Google actually saw that from my phone.... but structurally these are the best in my opinion I saw the way they build these from in the inside out.... used quality materials...
