They are rude and never open at the courtesy counter after 5 it seems like. They don't stand by return policy since covid I've lost over 1000 in items during the time boxes and tags were infectious so they refused to return after reopen returns due to nor having tags had receipt

Why do you guys pay all this money for 12 check out lanes, and 12 self checkouts and then procede to only open 2 checkouts and have the self checkouts closed. Lines backed up with over 8 people in each line.

Yes it is still open unfortunately, that is just the services one gets when dealing with the benton harbor Walmart. A lot of people just go to the Walmart in niles

Not taking the only problem in account, Walmart should have it in stock. Not recommended to go to Benton Harbor, so go to South Haven store site instead . They have better inventory control and have what you need.
When will the grocery pick up service be available?
Every store carries different merchandise. Just because I've never seen them, doesn't mean they don't have them. Usually the phone is answered by the dressing room. Just call and ask them.
