They've tried, really. Usually got our stuff within mere hours. But last time we had to visit my family and got rapid tested for Covid, the results never came in. Over 24 hours later I called and provided my information, and they sent me my results... from over 3 weeks ago. Nothing on the test from the previous day. Shameful.

This is the worse Walgreens ever. They can't coordinate my 2 prescriptions so I can pick them up at the same time. Although I tried for a year. I moved Walgreens a year ago when I moved homes. Apparently not all Walgreens are equal. The drive thru can take 20 mins. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere
