The Rib Shack catered a party I hosted on Saturday night. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the pork and chicken along with green beans, baked beans, rolls and coleslaw. Everyone at the party raved about the food. The amount of food was more than sufficient as there were leftovers, which were snapped up very quickly. The food was ready on time, service was great. I can’t say enough about how pleased I and everyone were about the food. Highly recommended!!

Rib shack on baymeadows is some of the best smoked turkey and baby back ribs you'll get in Jacksonville! They're Monday night special baby backs in two sides is delicious!

After reading the reviews my husband and I decided to give The Rib Shack a try. It was a horrible experience to say the least! We ordered the 2 meat special with 2 sides to go. They told us it would be about 20 minutes. We waited and waited for an hour! Finally it was ready and the food looked like a kids meal! The sides were extremely tiny and there was barely any meat. I asked what was going on and the man told us to never come back. He also said his mom will tell me the same. No worries we will never be back. We went straight to Bono's. I wish you the best of luck!
