Carali's Rotisserie Chicken

We have eaten twice now at Carali's. Once in Simpsonville and last Sunday on Shelbyville Road. The food both times was outstanding. We had the rotisserie chicken with salad and cilantro rice. Everything was prepared to perfection. This will be a regular place to eat for us. So glad they opened in Louisville

They close at 9PM on the weekends now and have enough financial backing to hire more workers by increasing wages. The closing early mindset has to stop for chain style restaurants. Absolutely will not be back until the hours reflect a fully staffed kitchen. Absolutely disgraceful considering mom and pop restaurants I patronize are holding on with similar hours, while paying their employees more.

The food was awesome. We had takeout. The 2 orders of 1/2 chicken and sides (salad/rice and green green beans and broccoli) were so fresh and delicious. Will definitely order again. Thanks

Random Stuff

We go once a week to this Caralis. Today the food sucked. The cilantro rice was under cooked, I think I broke a tooth. The pinto beans seems to be getting saltier and salter. And the chicken was dry. You guys got to do better. I am paying my hard earn money, and I could of gone anywhere else to eat, but I chose you. Do better.Sorry to hear you that 😔 !
