I ordered food like an hour ago. Called to get an update and the staff was rude about it. Cancelled the order and the girl hung up on me. I get that you hate your job, but that’s not my problem. Bring me that hot pizza next time. Thanks!

First time I could actually get through to order through the website in over a month. The phone line is a joke, I've literally never gotten through after 7pm-- just sit on hold with the same automated message repeated. Then I have issues placing my order online on the website, and finally was able to submit it ten minutes before 12 (started the ordering process at 11) The website said that as long as the order was placed before 12, it would still be made and delivered. Got a text message at 12:01 saying that my order was canceled, and to call the store if I have questions. But of course since someone waited until 12:01, the phone forwards my call and says to come back tomorrow. As someone who's been in the food industry for years as a closing manager, this is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Nobody likes getting that one last customer, but to purposefully wait until 12:01 to cancel the order? It's completely unacceptable. Domino's policy (as any other franchise) should be upheld by every employee. Because not only does it reflect back on the franchise owner, but the company itself. I'm not upset that I'm not getting my order. I am upset at the disregard and dishonesty. All someone had to say was "were out of x, y and z." Or "there is only one person here tonight ". And I would understand. But now I've got to figure out dinner with the money already out of account.

9:53pm. They close at 10, I placed a order online, it said they were making it. I'm here to pick it up before closing, and the door is locked, the guy inside is carrying around a 12" pizza 🍕 eating it.... which I ordered, and the online app says my order was canceled. Who is paying me for driving here? I'm about to take it out of the guys a$$ that is walking around eating my pizza. The tornado warning was over at 8:45pm. Their using the storm as a excuse to go home early just like every single other restaurant in town is right now......and they want $15+ an hour. Their work ethic is about $1.25 a day.

Just the worst - literally watched my order sit on the shelf for 2 hours - they actually delivered it that way. Naturally somebody got sick .... took 56 days to hear from yhe company. The store never answers their phone. Order ANYWHERE but here (pizza hut, papa johns, Little Cesar's and Bearnos are nearby) 1 star is 3 too many !!!
