Buses are never on time and always a hour late. But you can expect that I guess with traffic. So if you plan on making it the time it tells you think again.

I have used this station for Greyhound travel as well as Amtrak. It's a beautiful, clean station. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I feel safe while waiting, huge plus in my book!! The scenery is lovely. As a matter of fact I'll be leaving from this station again on Monday.

I don't like grey Hound for packaging. Lady was some what helpful but ya know no one wants to go above and beyond

I was impressed by it's cleanliness.. I especially was impressed by the bus shelters there at station n around town now. All lit up n clear glass on them for safety.. Ashlands coming up in the world. I'm impressed about how many buses there is n where they cover. Sure has to make it good for their passengers.. I like to go there n sit at the river n look out at times.. love the sculptures..
