Good service but wondering why there was 3 people in the delivery drivers car when covid is rampant. I do not want 3 or 4 people breathing on my food. Not to mention it took 67 min and was not even in a warming bag. I do not want doordash delivering my food like that. It's gross. I was unaware they were now using doordash. I will just go get it myself as opposed to have God knows who breathing on my food

Placed a pick up order. I was told 25 mins it would be done. 47 min later it still wasn't done so I cancelled the order. This was my first and last time ordering from this Papa John's. .......I went back again today against my better judgement. I called my pick up order in and they said 25 min. I get there in 30 min because of last time. I was told they would bring my pizza out when it was ready. I sat there another 25 min and no pizza. I walked in and my pizza wasn't even in the warmer. It was sitting on the counter while the 2 workers were outside smoking. I am done with this place. If you have an hour or two to wait on your pizza, then this is your place.
