The Bank people are great.. customer service line stinks. They over drew my account twice?? Said they'd return the money in 2 days its been 2 weeks still no money.. 400 plus.. Im calling fox 13

We've been working with this branch for 4 years now. Everyone there is extremely friendly and personable. They all go above and beyond and are always there to assist in any way needed. We've had nothing but great experiences with this location.
