it's the most affordable three bedroom apartment you can find around here and they're pretty on top of maintenance, the only thing that sucks is there's no weekend maintenance. So, if anything happens, you kind of got to wait until Monday morning but other than that it's great

I Lived there for five years. (C-104)Property was always clean and safe. The last maintenance worker named Rich is the best. Fixed everything when something went wrong. Highly recommended place to live.

It's a decent enough place to live. But the manager is a bit tuff, she takes things to an extreme.

I really like this place. The manager is kinda tuff but I can see how she would have to be. Maintenance is efficient and on time. Neighbors are pretty quiet and keep to them self. Alot of cops live here makes me feel safe.
