I went to the store to get help transferring from my Samsung 8+ to my new Samsung S21FE5G. Well that took two hours. Then when I got home to call someone, my phone had not been activated by the Verizon store rep. I spent 3 hours trying to get help to activate my phone. The out sourced rep had no clue how to proform that task. I gave up fir the night. The next morning I call Verizon and got an American rep. In 15 minutes she had my phone working. So why couldn't the rep in the Verizon store do that. SMH.!!!

There is always a waiting line. The person waiting on us was knowledgeable. If only Verizon people corporate were this helpful.

I waited for about 30 mins. There was 1 person ahead of me that apparently had been waiting for a while. The customer that was on the phone with a Verizon representative basically told me to leave because it took him forever. I guess I'll just go through Comcast to get another line.

You would be better to order it yourself and CLOSE this store. Karen G charged me full price for phones with trades ins. I guess this is how they get good commission checks.
