everyone’s loves cardonas. But Just had an awesome encounter with the butcher gentleman who went out of his way and took good care of me last minute. felt compelled to leave a good review. So grateful to have this butcher and store in my neighborhood.

You really can't go wrong with this place. Any sandwich you get is going to have amazing bread. Any of the chicken cutlet sandwiches are a slam dunk, the fuh get about it in particular is unreal. The chicken in the chicken cutlet has a nice and crispy thin italian breadcrumb coating. The chicken itself is nice and hot, and then with the cheese and toppings it's just out of this world. Good use of olive oil too, its oiled up well but they don't over do it to the point where your sandwhich wrapper is see through. Also, any of the actual italian food is all a green light from me. Amazing eggplant.
