I took my two energetic pups in for their annual shots earlier this week. Dr. Lylita was attentive, kind, and patient with my crazy dogs. The owner was kind and attentive when I had an issue at the office. The only reason I am not leaving a 5 star review is because of the person behind the front desk, Mayra. She was hostile, rude, and extremely disrespectful to the clients at the clinic. This was the second negative experience I have had with her, and once I notified her that her tone was less than pleasant for someone working in a vet clinic, she proceeded to spell her name out and ask me to leave her a review. It was the most baffling and horrible encounter I have ever had with someone working in customer service, especially for someone working in a vert clinic. Furthermore, I was advised that this is typical behavior for her. I hope that this is addressed and moving forward pet parents will feel safe and comfortable asking questions and being concerned about their pets.

I was in the waiting room with my cat when I heard how vile the receptionist was treating another patient that was there. Her name was Myra, which I only know because she spelled it out loud and proud and LAUGHED when the girl there asked for her name. I have never seen anyone act like that in my life, let alone with an office full of patients to witness. Disgusting behavior, I am honestly astonished. I was very tense waiting for a fight to break out. I will never go back there again sadly

Hi - As an affordable clinic we do not accept health insurance as the administration of claims raises costs. We do offer Care Credit to meet client needs if desired.
