The hours on google and on the Kroger website are wrong. This store closes earlier than 12 which is posted on google and earlier than 11 which is posted on the Kroger site. We arrived at the storw prior to 11 pm and it was already closed. Someone needs to post updated hours.

**May 2022 update** I emailed a formal complaint via the Kroger website about this issue. The site said I would get a reply in 48 hours. I didn’t. I got an automated email saying they were behind on responding to complaints. Then a couple days later I was emailed and asked to complete a survey. I told them in the initial email that I would rather address this directly than post a public Google review. But they never responded. So here’s the review: You have a floral department. It’s Spring. Why do your plants look like the ones I posted here? Obviously understaffed. Still. I am not the only person with this complaint. You obviously opened this store, that’s twice the size of the old one, and didn’t hire more people. If you did, it certainly wasn’t enough. Things are messy, disorganized, poorly stocked, placed incorrectly, and now you’re torturing the houseplants you sell. WALMART HAS HEALTHIER HOUSEPLANTS. Now that’s embarrassing. Original review: If someone is coughing their head’s off then maybe management should suggest for them to wear a mask or leave the store. This pandemic isn’t over; even if you’re vaccinated. 2 customers had very loud and persistent coughs that were heard from one end of the store to the other (we shop when it isn’t busy, so around 9:30pm). MANAGEMENT needs to step up and approach these people. It isn’t fair to the rest of us following the guidelines of not entering the store without a mask if you have symptoms. Brand new store riddled with covid. 2 stars only because the staff was polite.

We had a pleasant experience shopping lots of checkouts open aisles was stocked ans uncluttered.. Was able to find all the items I needed. The store clean of clutter and allowed a quick in and out. Will shop this Kroger many times in the future as long as they maintain this level of experience a s customer service

The new Kroger‘s is simply amazing. So much more stuff and so nice. One of my favorite things is the cheese shop, yes a cheese shop! There is literally someone who sits there all day at the fancy cheese counter whose whole job is just to help you pick out a nice cheese, and maybe some pairing items for it too.

I have never had issues with this. Whenever i habe had to return somethong i got tje price back on my receipt. The classroom nly time i didnt was when teturned without receipt and price had changed.

When I can't find an item I ask for the manager. Normally the item is ordered for me.
If they do it would be inside near through pharmacy counter. Seems like I saw one.
The ClickList program doesn't include delivery. They will do the shipping for you but someone must pick up the order. I'd suggest setting up Meals on Wheels through senior services and/or one of the new online delivery programs like Blue Apron or Hello Fresh.
Yes, but I haven't tried it yet... Can't really speak on the speed/effectiveness.
