They were so good. Good communication. My cat had a major issue and they solved it right away even though my gal was not nice at all to them. They really care about my pet and her well being, and it is comforting to know I can take my cat here and trust she will be taken care of. Thank you to everyone there.

Super friendly staff, very compassionate and loving of cats. They have taken care of our cat and my parent's and brother's cats. My brother's cat has a chronic condition. They have been very supportive of him and Missie as she struggles with her conditions.

I've been coming to Catonsville Cat Clinic since I moved to the area about 7 years ago. I did take my cats to Banfield for about a year but the service wasn't nearly as good, so we came back. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and it has been almost all of the same staff since I started coming. I've never felt like I've gotten any wrong information or like they've recommended something that the cats didn't need. They've fit me in quickly when I felt like I had an emergency and I love that they specialize in cats. I always feel like my cats actually matter to them and I know they're in good hands when we come here.
