I was very disappointed in my meal that I spent almost $50.00 on. The chicken was burned and most likely cooked in old grease. And the jalapeno peppers are just disgusting. I have been purchasing Churches chicken since it came to my state. But I'm throwing in the towel, the only thing that was good was my strawberry fanta soda. I should have taken the food back but due to the price of gas plus the heat. No more will I patronize this business.

Chicken overdone, dry, not worthy to eat. Biscuit without butter and honey. No coleslaw.... the're lack of care and customer service definitely not up to par. Don't waste your money. Would rather not gu e any stars. Will not ever try it again.

The chicken was good but not that hot. The drive-through worker had an argument with the lady in the car in front of me, and she refused to drive off, so this technically wasn't their fault. I'm assuming my chicken sat in the bag during the argument getting cold 🤣🤣🤣
