Nice apartments, awful on site management. A clerk is here 2 days a week. Service depends if you flash her a few hundreds. Under the table money gets you in here. Very unprofessional conduct

When the building opened they started at $500. For these you have to be income qualified. For the neighboring Estee Commons (restored 1890/1930 building with larger apartments) rents are more expensive but there's no income ceiling.
Yes but they have been sadly , and I mean sadly, passing away so there is movement. Yes there is a waiting list Must come to fill out application.
At the bldg. Enter the entrance by where residents park off the prospect side..go thru entrance doors, the office is to the right.
