Rode around the whole park, our hotel room was 950 steps from the bus, and we charged our phone and the battery indicator never left the green. (160 lb woman). Pick up and delivery was prompt and friendly. The scooter was 4 wheeled, which was slightly larger than the 3 wheel; and I had no back basket (which I’m told has to be taken off to fit in the bus). But it had great steering. Great experience.

This company makes it very easy to rent scooters! The staff are super friendly and down to earth. You may choose to have your scooter delivered wherever in the orlando area. I chose to have mine come to the disney hotel I stayed at. The delivery was smooth. When I reached the hotel entrance, the staff were right there beside the scooter. The quality of the scooters are superb. With many great options to choose from, we were able to pick one that best suited our needs. The scooter themselves lasted all day & evening! From morning to dinner time, we were able to use the scooter. If you are limited mobility and need to rent a scooter, please choose this company! I will most definitely be going through them again when I return to Florida!

Gold Mobility Scooters LLC is proud to offer an all-inclusive simple (1 to 7 days) flat-rate rental charge per item. This charge includes up to 7 full days of product rental, accessories, delivery, and pickup. For example: if we drop off your rental on a Friday at 2 pm. The latest it would be picked up would be the following Friday at 2 pm. 7 FULL DAYS USE. There is no proration for unused time.

Keep in mind the average guest covers about 6 miles a day. The biggest variables to factor in are the weight of the driver and the terrain such as going up hills and climbs.
Simply put; overnight. More specifically consider an average of 8 hours, but it could go 12 hrs for a fully discharged Victory 10 extended range battery.

Gold Mobility scooters are water resistant. But this is Florida. It rains sideways. A lot. But usually for very short bursts. Should it begin to rain (and say you’re at one of the parks) it is VERY HIGHLY recommended that you seek covered area immediately. In a worst case scenario, try to keep the “dashboard” (where the key goes in) covered. The scooter’s electronic components will malfunction if they are exposed to rain and a safety shut down mode will prevent operation until ALL of the components dry out.
Gold Mobility Scooters LLC accepts only MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards at this time. NOTE: Gold Mobility Scooters LLC does not accept Debit, Prepaid Debit, or Gift Cards (whether or not they have a Visa or MasterCard logo). Cash, Checks, and Money Orders are not accepted.
At time of booking your credit card is charged the full rental amount. Gold Mobility Scooters LLC does not charge a security deposit.
A valid Passport, valid Driver's License, or valid State issued (Non driver’s) Identification Card with picture. The name on the credit card must match the Renter’s name on the contract.
If you will be transporting the scooter to and from local attractions we recommend the GO-GO Sport line of scooters. They can be disassembled and reassembled by one person.
Park your scooter in a safe place, remove the ignition key and keep it with you while remembering where you parked. The equipment is the Renters liability until returned to Gold Mobility Scooters LLC. The Renter also needs to take reasonable steps to ensure the security of the equipment at all times.
Gold Mobility Scooters LLC replaces scooter inventory every 6 months so our renters have new or like-new equipment. It is highly unlikely there will be a mechanical failure in a unit that is 6 months old or less. Worst case scenario, should there be a mechanical issue (not a dead battery), your personal concierge who is available 24 hrs a day (including all holidays) will be able to first troubleshoot the problem over the phone, then if necessary, replace the unit.
Beeping indicates the gear lever is in the Neutral (free rolling) position. This is similar to putting a vehicle in Neutral gear for going through an automated cash wash. Simply put gear in the Drive position, and then just turn the key off and on again. NOTE: the Neutral (free roll) position is also used while charging. If you attempt to turn the scooter on while it’s charging, it will also beep.
If you need the ability to break it down for transport in a vehicle, use our Go-Go Sport line. Otherwise we proudly recommend our premium upgraded line of Victory 10 scooters.
4 wheeled scooters offer superior stability and are highly recommended, whereas 3 wheeled scooters offers you a tighter turning radius.

Always lock the brake when in approved parking areas and make sure the name tag is not obscured and is clearly visible. And don’t forget to take your valuables from the stroller pockets.
This happens all the time at the parks. While in an attraction, park employees routinely reorganize or relocate the parked strollers into designated areas. After an initial search, request help from an employee. Should further escalation be required, seek out Guest Services, then Lost and Found. Finally, fill out a lost item report with park security and then contact us immediately. You also may be contacted by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department for details even if you have theft and damage insurance.

The City Mini Single Stroller weighs 16.8 lbs and the double version is 26.6 lbs. The Summit X3 Single Stroller weights 26.6 lbs and the double version 36 lbs.
The City Mini is lighter, more maneuverable, and folds compactly which is a must for Disney transportation systems etc. The Summit X3 is true jogging stroller.
No. It is a courtesy of the hotels that allow us to deliver and pickup for you. Strollers must remain with you in your room over night during your stay.

Please return your Rental to the place of pickup when your rental period is done. A $25 fee will be charged for all equipment left in your hotel room. A Pick up reservation may be required for certain locations.
We can leave the rental equipment (at most hotels and resorts) labeled with your name on it with either the Bell Captain or Concierge, just check with them after your scheduled delivery time (or after your confirmation delivery text) and the equipment will be there waiting for you.
You will receive a text to the cell phone you have listed on your reservation when your stroller has actually been delivered to your hotel/resort.

Many reasons. Theme park strollers are strictly based on first-come first-served, without a guarantee of availability upon arrival. The generic park strollers are made of a hard plastic that just isn’t very comfortable, doesn’t recline, and offers little shade. Not to mention you can’t even take them from one park to another. Then there’s the fun of removing all your belongings and having no guarantee of a next rental.
The stroller you rent gets delivered right to your hotel, resort, or timeshare at the time you chose and you use it (and hopefully treat it) as if it was your own. The average park guest walks 6 miles a day. So the kids get tired. You get tired. You get tired of the kids getting tired. You get the point. After a significant amount of research and review of industry feedback, Gold Mobility Scooters LLC determined that bright green was the best color choice for the hot Florida sun. All of the Gold Mobility Scooters LLC stroller and baby products are high temperature steam sanitized and all materials are fully washed and dried using Dreft baby safe hypoallergenic detergent. They are white glove delivered in a clean sanitized vehicle to insure the highest level of cleanliness between rentals.
