Worst apartment complex to live in. Been here for 2 years, Pool has never been opened, Maintenance doesn’t do anything but sit on the phone and smoke cigarettes all day. Trash everywhere, and break ins all the time.

I made a 4 pm appt for a tour of the facility. I showed up 15 minutes early to find that nobody was present and there was a sign on the door stating (Office and pool are closed until further notice) I called the number and nobody had any idea where anyone was and were not aware as to why the office would be closed. There was no attempt to contact any employee to resolve said issue. I was told to email the website and wait for a reply (Really?!), while waiting in fear of being mugged and/or shot. Upon reviewing the property, it appeared to be rather filthy. There was trash piled up all over the property, it appeared to be poorly maintained (buildings looked stained and lack of paint in the last 10-15 years), trees looking like they were in desperate need to be trimmed (dead frawns hanging on every tree). Keep in mind, all properties surrounding are gated and beautiful. You should reconsider your management and bring someone in that knows how to maintain a property. Needless to say, we will be looking elsewhere and will be contacting Corp...if it exists.
