This is going to be the worst Post Office I’ve ever been to. Nobody cares what’s going on, everyone is taking their time and talking on their AirPods while slowly pushing customers through. Three people in front of me and I waited 25 minutes. The lady behind the counter was banging on it. Wow. I hope my package makes it to where it Hass to go.

Call the 1800# and open a ECC Case. I will probably be the one to respond to it, I was injured and I'm on limited duty, so I work inside (I was a carrier for 16 years). It will be brought to the supervisors attention for them to counsel the carrier. But honestly, for the most part, there will be no repercussion on the carrier. I'm sorry to say, but I'm honest. Careless mistakes and speed errors. Management has the carriers running like chickens with no head and alot of mistakes are being made, foolishly. It's terrible, I know. The USPS is horrible. And I am personally sorry for the error. It's not hard to get the right mail to the right people. Plus, I know u pay alot for that service.
I have and it's ridiculous it's been 3 weeks now and nothing no call about my key I go in wait in like to tell me it's not made. I'm on the phone right now to try to talk to someone been on hold for 40 mins now. They're so quick to take your money and take forever to give you why you paid for.
