Dog friendly is a must for me when I'm on a vacation. This was perfect!! Very clean and updated rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My husband read reviews about the beach in this area and was a bit sceptable however by the end of our vacation he said this is our new little niche only 4 hours from home...we will be back very soon!!!

Fantastic 5 star in every way. Found this gem while driving through Hull! From my experience in making my reservation too checking out this place was top notch! The front desk was friendly, helpful and made my stay pleasant. Enjoyed my night here and would definitely recommend and will be a returning guest in the future

This was probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The room smelled fresh, and the bed sheets smelled just so clean! The room had more of a "at home" feel with the decor - definitely not your typical cliche hotel room. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. The beach is just a walk across the street. Our room had a nice view of the ocean (not exactly ocean front, but still a very nice view). I wish we had had time to rent the bikes, they looked so fun. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

My family of 4 stayed here for a soccer tournament in the area. It was not only convenient to the tournament, but the overall experience was refreshing. To start the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to reach out to me before we came and throughout our stay. The room was spotless, modern and spacious for all of us. We were pleasantly surprised by the location. Right near the beach and close to many restaurants, both family friendly, but also options for a parents night out. We will definitely be back should we have a tourny near Hull again. (Tip: the room only had one USB port - bring them if you need many devices plugged in.)

There is a ferry with a very regular schedule. Also, there is a train which is very close by, which provides fast and excellent service into every part of Boston. Parking is difficult, so the trains are wonderful to help avoid frustration of finding parking spaces. Take an uber to the train station or park your car at the train station and ride into downtown. It is easy and lots of people will help you get the right train to your destination. The Quincy station, which is the 2nd closest station to Hull, had the most space for parking.
Yes it's stumbling distance from almost everything.
One down the street not too far from there. 3 mins by car if that
