Former customer and occasionally referred Chapman a few times.... I am disappointed to say the least about the lack of follow up. I will never do business with them or refer them again. Incompetent company and people. Not sure how they have 5 stars on google, check out their yelp reviews. Had the same issues the yelpers did. Expensive and they seem to have an issue picking up the phone.

Thank you for your question! It Depends on the carrier that your policy is with but most company's do have a 6 month payment option. This would be referred to as a semi-annual payment.
Hi, Marty. Auto-Owner's issues annual policies, and Butch is correct. You can pay semi-annually and still retain the paid-in-full discount. I'm available at Chapman from 9 to 5. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to call!
