You will need some form of Government issued I.D as well as your Parent ,also Birth Certificate to prove to the Notary you are in fact Parent and Child. Once you do that bring everything to the Shop and we can take care of your Piercing.

You need to get paperwork from the Florida department of each notarized. You’ll need your I.d, childs I.d and birth certificate.

yes,it is however up to the piercer if they would pierce a 13 yr olds nostril. you need your i.d, the childs i.d (which any government issued i.d will work.) and the childs birth certificate. then you take the release form and have it notarized
