Anyone who likes to do handicrafts or handicrafts of any kind is in perfect hands with Joann. The selection of fabrics, wool, handicrafts and all kinds of accessories is huge and certainly leaves nothing to be desired. You can also find decorative items from all kinds of areas and gift items here. Order is particularly noticeable here. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I would like to comment on the superior service I received in the Estero, Florida store from Mari Kay in the fabric department. My neighbor, who just had knee replacement surgery, asked if I would go to Joann Fabric Estero store to pick up some materials that she needed to complete a quilt. I know NOTHING about sewing and sewing supplies and Mari Kay went out of her way to find me the material I needed. She searched through the current inventory and when not finding it, called the Naples and Ft. Myers stores. She worked with other customers while being on hold with the other stores (while they searched for the material). She was somehow disconnected from both stores and took the time to call back up and go through the entire process again. She was so helpful and I hope that somehow she is recognized. You don't find customer service like that anymore.
