I am a customer at Meineke Car Care in Gardner, MA. I brought my 2003 VW Beetle in on June 20th, 2022 to have the power steering lines replaced. Russ, whom I believe is the manager, is very helpful and knowledgeable. Jason, the mechanic, who did the work on my car called me with the diagnosis and price of repairs. He was also great. I always feel like my car is in good hands. I believe that this is an honest company, who’s employees go out of their way to provide quality car service, as well as exceptional customer service. Really really friendly staff. Called ahead for an oil change and they fit me in between their other schedule appointments for the day. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Definitely will be back!

I wasn't planning on having to have a garage repair, but a mechanic friend suggested this was the best place to go for what I needed, and I'm super happy with the service. It was just a gasket in the exhaust system, but as with most time and money are tight, and they were able to get me a quick appointment, and did the repair fast and was actually well under what I was expecting to pay. When I left, my old gal was once again purring like a kitten, and I was able to let go of a little stress. Totally thankful!
