Absolutely unreliable. 9 times out of 10 order coming in late and incorrect. Short staffing can be understood but for goin on this long from a once solid regular responsible place is just dissatisfying and disappointing. Ex: 2 regular 20oz cokes does not equal one diet coke. Im simply going to have to find a new and better pizza place. Update- 6/20 My Sister ordered tonight at 8pm, she didnt see the order til 11pm Also apparently cant keep delivery drivers staffed before they closed for the full night their open, I arrived home late and gave me that bull mayne 10 minutes later. All in all just a huge disappointment and sham now

Waited an hour and 35 mins for 2 LG pizzas that we were picking up. The guy behind the counter just kept giving BS excuses. Also, it wasn't that they were short staffed. There were about 6 people working.

They've been terrible lately. Not getting the correct orders and drivers leaving with your order that they promised to let you keep. Not good service in general Just revisited them today June 12. Over 4 hours for a pizza and still waiting. Very disappointing you gotta catch them on their slowest day to get your pizza within one hour if your lucky. If not then dont order delivery from them, theyll just ghost you for 3 hours and act like making people wait tht long is justified. Thank God i called to refund everything and still make them deliver it. They even tried to get me to pay for it still even after waiting well over three and half hours when i did call them. Asking something petty like tht after waiting so long is just awful management. But the terrible manager or whoever runs scheduling tht thinks one driver is enough for a Sunday with a 50% off deal on their menu pizzas was a good idea is absolutely stupid for allowing tht. Make a little less so everybody gets their food in a timely manner instead of waiting 3-4 plus hours for an apology.
