People refuse to help when contacted and will not answer phones it’s sad that the customer service person that answers the phones has an attitude problem you would think someone who is supposed to help people at work wouldn't hate their job and choose to be rude to people just because they aren’t in the mood to help

i do contracting work on the side, although my work has not been very good this year, i thought to try and get some help. needless to say i was denied , and they just pick numbers out of the earth, just to move me on. worthless county i live in.
