I've been a customer for over 25 years. For the most part they have been very good. A few hiccups, but we've been able to resolve them. But I'm so tired of fighting them. I've been renting the same tank for 25 years and it was here when I moved in, so it's probably 30 years old. I could have bought it 4 times over. When I asked for some consideration on the rental, they lowered it by 2 dollars and then charged me a 12 dollar late fee because they never returned my call on the topic. The customer service had deteriorated significantly over the last few years. Certainly wouldn't recommend them to a new customer. They do indeed answer my calls, but never call me back, with a response, as they promised. And everything in my review is factual.

This company has repeatedly filled our tank without prior authorization and fraudulently charged a card that they were not authorized to use nor were they authorized to retain the card info for future use. I have repeatedly spoken to the receptionist and was told the issue was resolved only to have it happen again. Poor service and poor communication.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.... completed my job and after just 3 uses in 2yrs, the firepit knob for propane release wore off and will not ignite. I called to see if they could work with me to fix it, since it should not wear down that quickly. Because I advised, I would expect them to work with me, within reason, they began avoiding my calls and still have not contacted me to reasonably rectify the situation. Even, if they decided to charge me full price, I at least deserve a call back, since I am a customer that has already paid for services, in the past. Very disappointing and shows a real lack of empathy for a paying customer... just terrible.
