We do! typically we offer a % of the wholesale cost if it's something we think would be a good fit for our Estate Case.

Yes. We typically need to see the piece before confirming a same day repair. Sometimes we set up an appointment at a later date to do it depending on our in-house jewelers workload that day, but we do our best to accommodate your schedule.
If you just want to know if it's gold or silver vs costume jewelry, we can usually ID that for you at no charge here. A Verbal Appraisal by our independent appraiser is $50 each item & $25 for each additional. A 1 page printed QA&E giving the fair market value of the piece with picture is $100.00 each. For insurance appraisals, our independent appraiser charges $160.00 for the 1st item & $90.00 for each additional item.
