We moved to Palm Coast Jan 2021 our home was a new construction build yet we still continue to have plumbing issues. I believe there is something wrong that is causing my bill to be $200-$300 a mth! The only help I get is to chk my toilets for leaks. The toilets sinks tubs get clogged so easily and there's a weird smell in my 1 bathroom. I wish someone would help more with this problem. The ladies have always been nice when I call and they were great when our alarm went off. the men who fixed tht said there was something done wrong when it was first put in, that tells me it cld have to do with our plumbing but they said it's on the home owner to fix.

Beware of closing an account when you move. They will gouge you. Make sure you take a picture of your meter reading when you leave because they will say you used significantly more than you did and their prices are already way above anywhere else in Florida.

How in God's good name did this city's residents let this department charge us out the a** for all these surcharges? $80 and not a drop of water used!
