You have to first get insurance on your car then you can have your license reinstated at the DMV
I have a vehicle I purchased in Kansas and drove to Florida and it will remain garaged and used in Florida. I have proof of insurance (FL) and all the documents from the sale and the title. Is this all I need to get Florida plates?

The Collier DMV has a handout with all the details that you can access via email. But you should have your out of state license. Two proofs of residence in Naples ( utilities, insurance, etc.) And either birth certificate or passport. They will destroy your current license and issue a new Florida one.
