Management is unorganized, has poor communication, and will tell you anything to get you into an apartment. I my oven has an issue, they refuse to schedule an appointment with me, instead send maintenance at random times when I’m not home. I still don’t have access to the gym. I could go on…

The rent risk to hight every year

Unacceptable. Every time we have a request to fix something they report to the office as done but they never show up. If they don't want to do their job then quit. We pay to much money for the rent for them to act this way. I've tried to understand couple of times buy they going overboard already and we don't want always to complain for them to do the job.

Highly disappointed in the integrity of this business. I arrived at the leasing office last week, after running a couple errands. I didn’t have an appointment and apologized to the woman at the door(an older lady with blonde hair). She informed me that an employee was running late, but should arrive soon. I noticed when I walked in, she looked me up and down with a rude grin. When I mentioned the upgrades on the property, she was very dismissive and standoffish. I smiled and continued to wait. While waiting, I could hear her conversing with a different leasing agent, describing the “girl” waiting. Then, she mentioned that my attire was inappropriate (flip flops). Not only did I not expect to enter the office, I was simply attempting to pick up an application for two family members that wished to relocate. #1 You should never discuss clients in their presence, nor should you discuss the worker that was running late, private life. #2 I may look 15 years younger than I am, but I am not at all a “girl.” Regardless of if I was dressed in my professional business attire or not, I expect be held with the same respect as anyone else. #3 There are many bias trainings available that can curb the indecent behavior of workers. Her lack of professionalism lost this business potential renters. As a homeowner and a business owner, I always give respect, decency, and professionalism to anyone I come into contact with. Rude behavior shows me the type of improper business relations that exist within imperial gardens. Initially, my family planned to come back Saturday to tour the facility and possible rent an apartment. However, once I informed them of what occurred, it was agreed that they can take their business elsewhere.

Gas is included in your rent. Residents are responsible for all other utilities.
Parking is free! We do also have assigned Preferred Parking available for a monthly fee.
