Postal driver are too lazy to deliver packages. My address is verified and everything was right. Postal driver said address doesn’t exist and said will attempt again. They sent my package back.

The lady at the desk was very rude and acted like she didn't have time to wait on me. When I ask her a question she acted like I was a idiot and had no idea what I was saying then she moved me out of line to wait on others.

Questions & Answers

Why do your mail carriers lie and say a package was delivered, when in fact, it wasn't? This seems to be on ongoing issue, and I firmly believe it is because your drivers are lying to their employer, and saying they completed work that they didn't.

I had the same question, but I found out if you email or tracking says delivered that means it just got to the post office and most likely you will get it the next day. I thought that was crazy.
