I would say he would....the peewee track would be perfect as it already has elevated viewing platform to run the trucks from..

They are normally open Sat 9-3 Sunday 10-4. Always check website: paxtraxmx.com to see if there is a race though for future (no race this weekend 9/2-9/3). Non-member practice rider fee is $25 for the day. Hope that helps!

Its in Bunnell off of US1 you will see a camp ground and a dirt road. Turn down the dirt road. Or look for the sign pax trax.
