Good afternoon I do not currently have any 10x15's available and rarely get them available. I do have a 5x10 that holds approximately 1 1/2 rooms of furniture for rent for $60 per month plus tax and may have a 10x10 coming available soon that holds 3 rooms of furniture that rents for $95 per month plus tax. We also may have a 10x20 coming available in the future that holds 6 1/2 rooms of furniture and rents for $141 per month plus tax. We collect the first months rent at move-in with tax and do not have any additional admin fees etc. We do offer insurance for the contents through an outside company that would be additional if you choose to insure it. Good afternoon Karen Thanks for the inquiry. We have various sizes to accommodate your storage needs. The common non climate sizes that we have are as follows: 5x10 - $57.00, 10x10 - $89 and 10x20 - $132. Those rates are per month and are plus tax. Our climate control rates are 5x10 - $76.00 and 10x10 - $124.00. Those are also per month and do not include tax.
