Few weeks I come to solano cycle to purchase Kymco .as we all know what dealer are charged all premium,all fees.anythung possible .with these guys you can't negotiate 1 dollar discount.plus.just few days after I need information about service and warranty.left message to Cynthia.i never received phone call back.what a disappointment after paying 4.000$ Sales lady Cynthia tried to upsale even few hundred dollars more something that I didn't come to buy.i end up buying bike that I come for.i wish I didn't buy from them.anyway I would never buy from them again.and for anyone else go somewhere else that they appreciate your business.

The lady in parts at this dealer is truely remarkable. She provides the best service in all Florida in regards to Kymco. Nikki is knowledgeable customer centric and truely cares about your order. Dont even think about going anywhere else for such things here in Florida. I tried. Kudos to Nikki!! Please promote her but keep her in her department please. Kymco is not easy on you with obtaining parts during these times.

We ask that you bring itbin if possible. You can rent a trailer or a van really cheap at uhaul if you don't have a pickup. If you can't get it to us, give us a call and we may be able to pick it up.
Yes. We do some repairs on them. It is not always cost effective to repair them, and it can be difficult to find parts in some cases. We do most common repairs such as tires, tubes, batteries, etc. In the past, we have done extensive work on Razor and Currie/Scwhinn Electric scooters.
Sorry, we do not rent quads at any of our stores. We sell and service them. We do rent scooters, golf carts and scoot coupes at our st. Augustine store.
Ms. McQuaide, I apologize for any delay but your bike needs much more than a tire. The bike was crashed. It is way more than just a tire.. It has a damaged rear rim, bent front forks, bent engine guard, broken engine mount bolt, gas leaked out of the airbox, and the motor is off center so it may have a bent frame. I do see notes where you were asking if that is warranty and that held up us working on it. Crashes are not covered under warranty. We do have a rear rim on order. We are closed right now, so I am not sure of the status of the rim, but if you wish to call us, we will be glad to check on it for you. Thank you.
If it only needs a battery, we can do that for you. Walmart doesn't work on them.
