You can bring a boat to the Collier County Landfill. Fluids and gasoline must be removed from the boat prior to disposal. If the Boat is greater than 26 feet, there is a charge of $437.73. If the boat is less than 26 feet, it will be charged by weight $86.56/ton. For more information on accepted material and rates, please visit colliercountyfl.gov/dispose

Collier County runs the landfill. Waste management trucks use it, but the landfill is a Collier County facility
They take appliances as far as i know. You have to take them to a specified location there.
