Asked for an iced Americano, got a hot one. I let the cashier Izzy know that they put in the wrong order for me. Not only they she not apologize but she refusingly told me to have a great day and signalled at the door. Unacceptable behaviour from staff!

Best Starbucks in the SF Bay Area. The Staff is amazing and always makes me feel welcome. There is ample seating here with private and shared tables. A great place to chill alone or hangout with friends.
