Do not waste your time in this branch! Please don’t go this branch. They doesn’t even care. My dad went there and the woman who works here she didn’t even do the orientation like no video showing or verbal explanation. She only took the signature and finished within five minutes. We throught we are done then we waited around 3 weeks and didn’t get any information from there. Fortunately one of my dad’s friend told me that this branch’s processing is slow and they didn’t even care for employees. We changed our branch to another Remedy which is located at genesee. My dad got that job within two days and they took the orientation of my dad which wasn’t took in Main Street. And I must appreciate the genesee branch. They really did a great job! I don’t know how can this branch is careless. They doesn’t even know how to respect their clients. They were so rude and disrespectful! So, I’d recommend the genesee or other branch of Remedy except this Main Street location. Don’t waste your time here. Don’t!

They have always been able to point me in the right direction towards great employment opportunities. The staff has always been very friendly, accessible,and most importantly professional in my experiences. This makes it easier to communicate with coordinators when your faced with issues, whether they be payroll,with the client,or personal. I can honestly say that all issues that i have had in the past were promptly addressed,handled,or corrected. I guess you could also say that "remedy has the remedy for all your employment needs" Wouldn't that make a great slogan. Truthfully i appreciate the service's that Remedy provides me , the time & resources that they save me. Knowing that i dont have to waste valuable hours driving from location to location or waste countless dollars in travel expenses thats important to me and should be important to you as well.
