Was a little iffy about this place, but my friend convinced me it was great. After getting there with a toddler it took about 5 minutes just to get our water, The menu on our phones weren’t loading so our server handed us 1 menu.. after 15 minutes of having our server walk right past us, we asked the bus boy if he can get our server because she hasn’t come by, he told us no. 5 minutes later we see our server taking orders from other customers that came in after us. We ended up walking out. It is completely unacceptable to be waiting that long and we weren’t even given bread. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location anymore. Extremely disappointed. update from last week. Came in with my sister in law and friend to try this again and asked to speak with the manager.Our server was amazing very attentive and the manager nick apologized over the bad experience we had. He was very respectful and very apologetic. I was very skeptical but as soon as we sat down our server assured us this experience would be great so thank you for that. It seems like it was just our first server that we had last the previous week and the rude buss boy. The rest of the staff was amazing.

Used to love coming here until this horrible experience I had. Went there on a Wednesday afternoon and was shocked by the service I received. Our server greeted us and handed us waters and one hard copy of the menu (online menu wasn't working) then we proceeded to wait over 20 minutes for her to come back to take our order or at least serve us bread. We thought with the numerous time she walked by the table she would have taken it, but that wasn't the case. A buss boy walked by and I proceeded to ask him to please get our server for us and that it has been 20 mins and he would not even look at us and continued to keep walking after saying "no". Being a pregnant woman, with a toddler at the table.. you would think we would have been treated with more respect. Clearly that wasn't the case. Right after he said "no" and our server was taking orders of the people who walked in 10 minutes after us, we got up and left. I was really looking forward to eating there because there food is usually awesome, but after that experience..I doubt I'll be back.

This is our second visit to this location, our first being in 2019. Service was really good and lunch was served very quickly. My wife had the Spaghetti Bolognaise (Lunch Special), I had the Wild Mushroom Pizza on a Cauliflower base and my son had the chicken bites with the cheesy pizza. Prisewise it was quite reasonable but felt the location needed a bit of a refresh.

Went to California Pizza Kitchen here at Coconut Point Mall and ordered the Cane Asada pizza. It came out fantastic. Our waitress Katelyn was also great. Friendly and attentive. The atmosphere here is great. Will be back. Reccomend trying the food.
