I called to pay for a rental, and asked them if they could email the receipt. They said yes, and took my email address. One hour later, still no receipt, I called them up and asked them if they could resend it. They said they threw away the order and could not resend it, that I would have to call the 1 800 number. All I asked for was a receipt, such a simple request, and they couldn't accommodate it. Very dissatisfied.

I've come here for years, have never had a bad experience. Great service and knowledge. Sometimes the service guys get backed up, but hey....That's how it goes! Get your stuff serviced BEFORE the busy season.

Brought a mower there for a repair and seasonal tune-up...they had my mower for two months with out even having looked at it...with a little persistence they serviced the mower (hardly) repairs were made after they stated they didn't have the parts to do so and did not contact us stating the repairs were going to be made...the tune-up is a whole other disaster, 10 dollar air filter was not cleaned or replaced not sure about the spark plug or oil and for $99.99 just a rip off...when I got the mower back it ran for five minutes and stalled out and wouldn't start again...brought it back to them told them what happened they had it for another 2 weeks said nothing was wrong with it and it was running fine...got it back and it ran ok...just all around bad experience bought the mower there and thought I'd like to keep giving them business...obviously they weren't to concerned about keeping a repeat customer...will nit be bringing mower back there...

I rented a tool from them never used it , brought it back an hour after I got it , perfectly clean cause I didn't need it and they gave me no money back ! They took $63 from me for nothing couldn't believe it ! I'll never do business with them again ! Completely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😡
