My experience with Wheels has not been great. Everytime I've called the lady who answers the phone never gives accurate information or she gives partial details. I arrived for their skating lessons and was turned away because I did not know you have to arrive no later than 6:10pm. She did not share that info and its not on their website. I'm very disappointed with the customer service at Wheels. Not sure I would recommend them to family and friends.

Very friendly staff! Rink is clean and well maintained. $10 on Tuesday night and it includes skate rentals. The only down side to think rink is that they only play 90s RB on Tuesdays. That's it. Which I also love, but for 2+ hours at a rink it's nice to hear some variety so ill be bringing my own headphones moving forward. When we made a song request we were told that it had to be in that genre. Also kinda bummed they don't have couples skate, reverse skate or anything like that. When we asked the staff we were told "other customers dont want to be told how to skate" which seemed very odd. Other than that it's a nice rink.

They always run out of sizes for skates, skates are always broken and there entry line is super unorganized. Place is always crowded and staff is bad

Hi! Great question! We have and will always follow current Anne Arundel County and Maryland State Regs. We clean and sanitize surface touch areas between each session, and currently, masking is optional.

Hi! Great question! Anne Arundel County has set our limit at 50% of our occupancy. With that, don't worry - plan on buying your ticket at the door - there's plenty of room. Remember, masking is required by everyone while in the building and there's a temp check in the lobby before coming in. Let us know if you have more questions. No - unfortunately, all roller skating centers, as well as many other businesses in Anne Arundel County have been closed by the County Executive until January 13. We look forward to seeing everyone again on January 13 !
Hi Josiah, Sorry for any confusion regarding our schedule. During these summer months of June, July, and August - our Saturday afternoon hours will be 1 - 4 pm, and the Saturday evening hours will be 8 - 10 pm. We expect to return to our regular 8 - 11 pm the first Saturday in September.
Yes they accept credit cards and I know that Samsung pay works as well.

Depends on the day. I know Tuesday is adult night it's 5 dollars plus 4 dollars rental. Wed is dollar night and 4 dollar rentals.
The price is dependent on the time and day you a choose to go. There are a number of "deals" offered for late-nite skating, Sunday afternoon, midweek, etc. The price is generally around $8 plus skate rental (roughly $3). All in all, it's not too bad for hours of skating!
They should have a party tab on their website where you should be able to fill out a form. If not, then you could call them to speak to their manager, who should be Scott, or drop in and ask.
