Extra long wait and there is only two people inside! The manager said "well there's ten in the drive thru"! I guess that means that the customers inside just have to get there money back because I am not waiting for drive thru or I would have went to drive thru! Terrible customer service! I traveled a long way to buy food and didn't get anything!

KFC seems to have gotten more expensive and the quality of the food is gone down and the portions are smaller. P. S. Update did they get the original Colonel back or do they still have that scary one that does p*** movies too on the side I'm just curious maybe that has something to do with the quality. But it takes me back to the old corn corn chicken and corn the Colonel's chicken in the Colonel's corner they're talking about Elvis manager but that's okay

5 Pieces in my eight piece , wrong order for the third time , no one ever answers the phone , what a joke ...its ok though this happens everytime i order here or any KFC for delivery

No they do not currently deliver They did announce that they will be offering delivery soon. Until then Door Dash works very well.
I think they maybe closed for Thanksgiving but you should call frist
