They got 1 start because i cant give them no stars. Ordered the end of June it's now August 8th and I haven't received my package. When I emailed them I get no response. I call they never answered until today.... all they care about is that the tracking number said it was delivered..... the guy I talked to was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I will never order anything from them again.

Do not order from this company. I bought 5 cartoons. When they didn't show up I called and the guy said we are a cigar shop that's not our problem. Then he said I didn't get insurance. I said I ordered it on the phone from you and you didn't ask me if I wanted insurance. He said I'm busy and I don't have time to deal with this. Really??? They could care less. They have no customer service whats so ever. If the post office doesn't send back your order to them they won't refund your money either. I found another company online that sells the same products for even less. Run!!!
