Yes it is 6.75 for a non-resident adult per day, and goes down from there. No Greenbelt non-residents are allowed on weekends and holidays except for pass holders.

I think the daily admission for an adult non-resident is $6. There is a 6 pass card for 5 times the daily rate. And there is a summer and a yearly rate. I am not sure when the switch over for child to adult. I think senor starts at 62. Be advised that you have to be a resident, or a pass holder to get in on the weekend and holidays during the summer.

Greenbelt residents pay a reduced price

You can get a day pass for $6 or less (child, or senior). But if you are not a Greenbelt Resident, the weekends are off limits (unless you have a year pass).

On the weekends or holidays, you have to be a Greenbelt Resident or passholders. On the weekdays, you can get in.
