Todd is super nice, but once he got my money he deferred all further communication to the store. We were promised 8-9 weeks or sooner. At 8 weeks I called and was told another 2-2-1/2 weeks. After another month I called and was given an appointment time. When people take thousands of dollars from you, they need to be proactive about communicating. I really had started to few they took my money and I was getting ready to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company. Now I know why Todd said they prefer not to take credit cards. Anyway, Joe did a stellar job installing our blinds. They make the house look rich & beautiful! They are very room darkening, which is a huge plus. We were also given a much lower estimate in the store than the actual charge, but it’s understandable given they are custom blinds. I do think she should have said, “this one is $1250, but the actual price depends on the size of your slider”. I plan to finish off the house as soon as I have another ton of money to spend. Really beautiful blinds. Lack of customer service is the only complaint.

Fantastic service! Joe was on time, confirmed the windows to have shutters installed, got to work. He was thorough, showed us how to open and close the shutters, how to adjust the setting if they become to hard or loose to move. Upon completion of the work, he cleaned up and left everything looking good. We will highly recommend this company for great quality and fantastic service! Thank you!!
