WARNING! Worst agency I've ever worked with and I was very involved in real estate. Terrible customer service, absolutely no communication at all. They could care less about their clients. Stay away!!

I have had my house plans in review for over 4 months without an approval or independent review. The worst is that there is no defined processes or timelines for the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) to abide by. No communication between the ARC and the HOA causes a huge impasse. The ARC is run by a dictatorship that makes the rules, interprets the rules and changes them arbitrarily. Zero checks and balances in place. STAY AWAY!!
